Customer Success Manager
Your mission
you are responsible for our spanish customers and take care of all communication
introducing an innovating payment process for car dealer groups and other industries
training of the operational managers (remotely/on site) for our product usage
you identify possible “stumbling blocks” in the onboarding project and eliminate them in coordination with customers and your colleagues from other areas
through your proximity to the customer, you help to continuously improve our product and processes
Your profile
you have at least 3-5 years of experience in digital (multi) project management, ideally with proof of your own successful projects
a structured and clean way of working, even in stressful situations: you are used to keep several balls in the air
clear and confident communication at C-level, even in a tense environment
willingness to travel to our customers
you are native or bilingual in spanish, confident in business english and keen to work in a fast-paced environment
experience in the automotive or software environment is the cherry on the cake, but not a must
