Your mission
- You are responsible for our french customers and take care of all communication
- You are introducing an innovating payment processes for car dealer groups and other industries
- You are responsible for the training of the operational managers (remotely/on site) for our product usage
- You identify possible “stumbling blocks” in the onboarding project and eliminate them in coordination with customers and your colleagues from other areas
- You are in charge of upgrading our solution for existing clients
- Through your proximity to the customer, you help to continuously improve our product and processes
Your profile
- You have at least 5 years of experience in digital (multi) project management, ideally with proof of your own successful projects
- A structured and clean way of working, even in stressful situations: you are used to keep several balls in the air
- Clear and confident communication at C-level, even in a tense environment
- Willingness to travel to our customers
- You are native or bilingual in french, confident in business english and keen to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the automotive or software environment is the cherry on the cake, but not a must
