JOB SUMMARY:

FORTNA has a direct hire opportunity for a EAM Implementation Specialist.

FORTNA is known throughout the material handling industry and well-recognized as the preferred integrator of intelligent material handling conveyor systems. FORTNA provides comprehensive turnkey design, build, and deployment services for a complete range of custom-engineered and designed handling systems for distribution, manufacturing, assembly, and courier applications.

As a CMMS Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing Customer EAM Implementations from project start to EAM go live. The Implementation Specialist will lead project status calls with customers and maintain a healthy relationship with our business partners, work with and instruct EAM team of current deficiencies and provide a proactive timeline for product enhancement and development based off customer feedback. Status reporting on a standard frequency to ensure alignment of internal and customer goals. Work with your team on project scope and schedule compliance. This role will also include close coordination with our Predictive Analytics team. Some travel required; International travel may be required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Oversee project planning, coordination, and scope.
  • Oversee new customer system implementations, data entry, asset records, and setup of all associated areas.
  • Coordinate and lead project status calls with customers as well as status reporting on a standard frequency to ensure alignment on customer goals and project scope and schedule compliance.
  • Communicates with customers, both internal and external, on needs and issues related to EAM
  • Data entry and population of EAM instances.
  • Configuration of software application to meet customer objectives.
  • Develops and implements workflows in EAM to meet customer objectives.
  • Configuration and development of customer reports and KPI dashboards.
  • Works with team on continuous improvement initiatives of EAM.
  • Develop and recommend procedures for best practices with use of EAM.
  • Plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of internal business processes and work flows to enhance speed, quality, and efficiency.
  • Works with team to identify training opportunities along with developing training content and plans for customers both internal and external.
  • Training with customers specific to best practices and data integrity.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years Microsoft Excel
  • 5+ years of CMMS implementation experience. “Maintenance Connection Preferred”
  • Base SQL for SQL Reporting.
  • 2+ years of technical training experience.
  • Domain knowledge in material handling, industrial mfg., or logistics is ideal.
  • 2+ years Project Management Experience

SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Preventive maintenance experience on a variety of machines and conveyors.
  • Proven customer support experience
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adopt/respond to customer needs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
