Experience: 2–4 years’ experience in eCommerce sales, marketing, communications, and content creation. Strong background in professional skincare — ideally as a former beauty salon owner, skincare therapist, or trainer.
Communication: Strong copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to make complex topics easy to understand.
Performance: Used to plan and execute campaigns with a strong focus on performance and results.
Technical: Comfortable with digital tools such as Magento, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and social media marketing.
Personality: Relationship builder with strong communication and presentation skills, Self-driven and results-oriented and able to manage multiple projects at once.
Language: Fluent in Danish & English.

You will be responsible for growing our skincare sales through eCommerce, customer engagement, and relationship building. This is a role for someone who understands the professional beauty industry from the inside — ideally a former beauty salon owner or skincare professional — and can combine that expertise with strong sales and marketing skills to inspire, support, and grow our customer base. Your responsibilities will include:
Sales: Drive online sales growth for our skincare product range via our eCommerce platform (Magento Commerce Cloud). Develop targeted promotions, product launches, and campaigns for skincare professionals.
Customer communication: Create and deliver engaging customer communications (email campaigns, testimonials, knowledge articles, social media & blog posts).
Performance: Analyze sales and customer data to identify upselling, cross-selling, and retention opportunities. Monitor and optimize skincare category performance through our BI platform.
Contact to brand owners: Collaborate with brand owners on skincare-focused content, training materials, and events/webinars.
