Responsibilities
- Manage the software implementation process for Danish-speaking clients, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
- Conduct thorough assessments of client needs to customize software solutions that fit their specific requirements.
- Facilitate engaging training sessions for clients to help them understand and utilize the software effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve any implementation challenges promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation of each implementation process and client communications within our CRM system.
- Solicit and analyze client feedback after implementation to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on new software features and industry trends to provide optimal support to clients.
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken, is required.
- Experience in software implementation or project management is preferred.
- Technical knowledge of software applications and systems is essential.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to conduct effective training sessions and provide user support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and managing client data.
