Manage and develop a portfolio of B2B clients, overseeing onboarding and ongoing success. You proactively present ideas and new products to enhance their online shop performance.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for all e-commerce-related inquiries and support. You know how to deliver value and ensure client loyalty.
Identify and address customer-specific needs through portfolio analysis and performance insights, tailoring your approach to maximize client outcomes.
Understand e-commerce objectives and growth potential, using your expertise to position Trusted Shops’ technologies effectively and drive measurable results.
Act as the key interface between clients and internal teams (IT and Product Development), contributing valuable feedback to help shape targeted, customer-centric solutions.
Language skills: Native-level Spanish (C2), advanced English (C1), and intermediate Portuguese (B2).
Educational background: Degree or equivalent training in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Professional experience: Proven track record in Customer Success or Relationship Management; experience in SaaS or e-commerce environments is a strong advantage.
Technical proficiency: Skilled in Customer Success Management tools and confident with Microsoft Office applications.
Personal competencies: Analytical and goal-oriented mindset with strong communication skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and the ability to work independently while aligning with KPIs and client objectives.
