This role offers an exciting opportunity to become a key player in the fast-growing e-mobility sector by providing excellent customer support and guidance. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them navigate their e-mobility challenges and delivering tailored solutions. Through hands-on coaching and mentoring, you will quickly gain expertise in electric vehicle charging technologies. The position combines customer service, problem solving, and complaint management within a dynamic and supportive team environment that values innovation and sustainability.

Accountabilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers via phone, email, chat, and occasional on-site visits.
  • Analyze and resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Handle complaints professionally, aiming for customer-oriented solutions.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the internal system.
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Participate actively in coaching and mentoring programs to deepen product knowledge and customer engagement skills.
  • Completed apprenticeship or degree, with a strong interest in contributing to emission-free mobility.
  • Good technical understanding of IT and electric vehicles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in German and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong service orientation, with patience and a friendly demeanor.
  • Organizational skills to maintain composure and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid Class B driving license.
  • Motivation to learn and grow within the e-mobility sector.
