Your mission
- Independent management of a customer base and support for customer projects.
- Onboarding new customers and building trusting customer relationships.
- Competently answering customer questions about our product by phone, email, and video call.
- Working closely with colleagues in the marketing/sales department.
- Identifying potential for optimization through regular analysis of customer requirements and usage.
- Regular communication with customers to strengthen long-term customer loyalty.
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and solution-oriented support.
Your profile
- Completed commercial apprenticeship, a university degree, or comparable qualifications.
- You have strong communication skills and a good feel for language.
- You are native in dutch and have very good knowledge of English in both spoken and written form.
- You are service-oriented, confident in presentations, and have a confident, competent manner.
- You are a true team player and enjoy getting stuck in.
- You want to make a difference and work in a goal- and results-oriented manner as well as responsibly.
- You have a high degree of initiative, resilience, and flexibility.
- You are open-minded, empathetic, and quick on the uptake.
- Confident use of MS Office, CRM, and ticket systems rounds out your profile.

General conditions:
- The position can be filled on a full-time or part-time basis, as we also want to give young parents a chance.
- Equal work, equal pay. We remunerate all our Customer Success Managers with a fixed gross annual salary of €45,000 plus a variable component of up to €5,000 gross per year.
