As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing and retaining a portfolio of clients by ensuring their satisfaction with our claims management software. You will be the primary point of contact for these clients and will work closely with them to understand their needs and ensure that they are getting the most value from our software. You will also be responsible for identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and working with our sales team to close these deals. 

 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at customer organizations (executives, decision-makers, end-users).
  • Act as the main contact and trusted advisor, making sure customers use UBench effectively and reach their goals.
  • Organize regular check-ins to track satisfaction and spot opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify and follow up on upsell or cross-sell opportunities. Manage contract renewals and look for ways to grow accounts.
  • Prepare, participate in, and present during tender processes with customers and prospects.
  • Support customers during onboarding, ensuring a smooth start and strong adoption.
  • Handle escalations and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
  • Gather feedback, share insights with product and internal teams, and help improve our services.
  • Provide training and resources (e.g. sessions, documentation, webinars) to help customers get the most out of our platform.
  • Track key metrics like adoption, retention, and satisfaction, and share updates with internal stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Key Account Management, or a similar client-facing role in a B2B SaaS or B2B services environment.
  • Proven ability to manage & grow accounts, including experience with contract renewals, upselling, & tender processes.
  • Experience with leasing or insurance companies and a good understanding of the automotive sector is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills, able to engage with both operational users and senior decision-makers.
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with a consultative mindset.
  • Self-driven & organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English & German; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is an advantage.
