As one of our earliest hires, you will directly shape how we support customers, build relationships and drive success across the global events industry.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR β¨
We are looking for a highly ambitious and hands-on Customer Success Manager who loves marketing, events and working closely with customers. You enjoy fast-paced environments, you like creating structure where needed and you get energy from helping customers succeed.
If you have experience as an event organizer, marketer or anything closely related, that is a big plus.
WHAT YOU WILL DO π
Own the full customer lifecycle including onboarding, adoption, delivery and long-term success
Build strong relationships with customers and run regular check-ins
Guide customers on how to get the most out of the platform and support them with best practices
Translate customer feedback into clear insights for the product, engineering and sales teams
Help create the foundation for Customer Success including playbooks, processes, health scoring and workflows
Identify signs of friction, churn or upsell potential and act quickly
Become a trusted partner for customers who run large-scale marketing campaigns and activations
WHAT YOU WILL BRING πͺ
2 to 4 years of experience in customer success, account management, marketing or event operations
Fluent in Dutch
Strong affinity with marketing, events or live entertainment
A proactive and energetic mindset with a strong sense of ownership
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage both strategic and hands-on conversations
Curiosity and comfort working with data and customer behaviour
Motivation to work in an early-stage environment where you can help build things from scratch
NICE TO HAVE π«
Experience with CS or CRM tools such as Intercom, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Notion or Asana
Background in campaign management, digital marketing or event production
Experience working with international customers
