Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with partners through regular communication, training, and support throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Proactively manage your customer portfolio throughout the entire customer journey.
  • Become an expert in Freetrailer products and processes, and train partners accordingly.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, and Tech teams to ensure an exceptional partner experience.
  • Host digital kick-off webinars for new partners.
  • Develop and share best practices to continuously improve team processes, quality, and efficiency.
  • Maintain Freetrailer’s high level of partner satisfaction.
  • Monitor and improve KPIs that measure partner success.
  • Ensure close collaboration with suppliers.
  • Support the business by sharing partner insights and operational information across teams.

Qualifications and Personal Skills

  • Fluent in Danish and comfortable with English; knowledge of Dutch or other Scandinavian languages is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to handle difficult conversations professionally and solution-oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to quickly learn new systems.
  • Well organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and responsible – you get things done!
  • Strong team spirit and commitment to collective success.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles.

  • Delivering first-class service to Freetrailer’s partners using a customer-centric approach to ensure launch, adoption, and engagement.
  • Becoming an expert in Freetrailer’s products and processes.
  • Collaborating daily with colleagues and your manager to improve internal competencies and team processes.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with cross-functional internal teams.
  • Planning, implementing, and following up on partner meetings and training sessions.
  • Ensuring a consistent and smooth customer journey during onboarding and beyond.
