Our goal by 2030 is to create an AI-powered Success Platform enabling Attractions like museums, sights, and theme parks to grow ticket sales and simplify ticket operations. And that's where you come in: you, as a Success Manager (m/f/d) to drive us forward on this exciting journey. We are open to full-time (40h/week) as well as part-time (32h/week) position. 🎯 What You'll Own
• As a key partner to our DACH customers, you’ll be responsible for a high-volume portfolio of mainly SMBs (Small-Medium Businesses) accounts and a few Mid-Market organizations and you’ll guide your customers through their entire journey with bookingkit: onboarding, expansion, and retention.
• You’ll develop and execute strategic success plans that transform customer goals and growth opportunities into clear actions and successful outcomes.
• You’ll run effective business meetings (check-ins and Business Reviews) with customer users and decision-makers, focusing your time on accounts with the highest growth potential or risk.
• You’ll proactively manage account health and drive product adoption, by monitoring usage trends, identifying opportunities and guiding customers.
• By managing a high-volume portfolio, you will be a key contributor to our future team strategy by identifying opportunities for, and potentially contributing to the further development of, AI-driven tech-touch solutions to efficiently scale success across your portfolio.
🧠 You Bring
• Professional fluency in German (C1 level or equivalent) and English. You must be able to confidently hold detailed business and technical conversations with clients, deliver presentations, and conduct contract negotiations in German
• Proven 1+ year experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within the SaaS or tech industry.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking with a clear understanding of business drivers, performance metrics, and the ability to connect product usage to tangible ROI for customers.
• Tech-savviness and data-driven mindset: you’ll be working with tools like HubSpot, Metabase, ImpactPilot. This role may involve setting up our systems to drive customer success at scale.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience creating and delivering tailored materials (e.g., slides, business reviews) to customers.
• A keen understanding of the tours, activities, or attractions market, with the ability to analyze industry trends and competitor landscapes.
• As this is a commercial role, experience in contract negotiation is a plus.
