Now we’re growing across Europe, and Belgium is next! As we expand into new markets, we’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to help us build and maintain strong relationships with our most strategic clients.

 

The Opportunity

As Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the face of SurePay for our Belgian banking clients, taking ownership of key relationships in a complex, high-trust environment.

You’ll lead onboarding, support clients through technical questions around our API, and work closely with product, sales, and data teams to translate feedback into solutions. You’ll also spot commercial opportunities and drive upsells, helping us grow in a brand new market.

This is a hands-on, visible role with room to grow into senior customer success, sales, or technical leadership in the future.

 

What you’ll do

  • Own a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring successful adoption, retention, and growth by proactively managing the customer lifecycle
  • Build trust and act as a strategic partner for banking and PSP clients in Belgium
  • Translate technical questions into simple answers, especially around our API
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to shape new features
  • Spot commercial opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers
  • Contribute to RFPs and due diligence processes
  • Work closely with data to provide insights that help customers grow
  • Lead projects or improvements when you see opportunities to make things better

What we’re looking for

  • At least 2+ years experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles in SaaS or tech
  • Fluency in French or Flemish, plus strong English (additional European languages are a bonus)
  • A commercial mindset. You’re not just here to maintain accounts but to grow them
  • Someone who understands complex client environments, ideally in fintech or banking
  • Comfort with APIs or a strong willingness to learn
  • Experience working with data or dashboards is a plus
  • A natural collaborator who’s proactive, detail-oriented, and curious
  • Flexible, resilient, and comfortable in a scale-up where things move fast
