We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our ARIS team in Netherlands.

In this role, you will work closely with key stakeholders across our customer base to ensure they realize the full value of our solutions. Partnering with cross-functional teams within ARIS, you will lead the post-sales experience for a defined portfolio of clients. Your efforts will support customer adoption, satisfaction, and long-term success - contributing directly to retention, renewals, and expansion opportunities. Additionally, you'll play an important part in shaping and advancing the evolving Customer Success practice at ARIS.

Essential Functions:

  • Own and manage post-sales relationships, ensuring alignment with Sales and overall account strategy.

  • Drive customer success by tracking adoption against defined value plans and conducting regular business reviews.

  • Act as a trusted advisor, coaching customers on best practices and solution implementation.

  • Serve as a key communication link between customers and ARIS, sharing feedback, product insights, and BPM trends.

  • Support retention and growth by identifying upsell opportunities and managing escalations in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Promote customer advocacy by connecting clients with Marketing for success stories and increasing ARIS visibility in the market.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., Customer Success, Consulting, Pre-Sales, or Technical Account Management).

  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills - both virtually and in-person.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet targets and manage large, complex projects or programs.

  • Skilled in navigating technical conversations and handling escalations with professionalism.

  • Highly organized, self-driven, and effective at cross-functional collaboration.

  • Understanding of BPM Methodologies and best practices.

  • Willing and able to travel as needed to engage directly with customers.

  • Business fluent in English and Dutch.

 

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with using/implementing ARIS or BPM equivalent (absolute plus).

  • Proven track record of contributing to significant initiatives in transformation, operational excellence, compliance, and risk management, in roles ranging from consultant and subject matter expert to project manager.

  • Business fluent in another language would be useful.
