As a Customer Success Manager (all genders), you’ll be the go-to partner for our customers — supporting them through onboarding, training, and continuous success with our platform. You'll help build strong relationships, turn feedback into action, and ensure that every customer gets the most out of our product and partnership.
Take ownership of the full customer success journey — from onboarding and training to ongoing engagement and upselling
Categorize, prioritize, and respond to incoming feedback via our Jira Service Management platform
Collaborate closely with our Sales and Product teams to ensure smooth handovers, seamless implementations, and sustained customer satisfaction
Continuously improve our internal processes and tools to deliver outstanding customer experiences
Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with customers and key stakeholders
Monitor usage and collect feedback to identify upsell opportunities and prevent churn
Develop clear, accessible training materials tailored to customer needs
Relevant experience in Customer Success, ideally within B2B software and/or the healthcare sector
Completed degree in Business, Medicine, Technology, or a comparable field
Ability to manage multiple customers and coordinate various stakeholders effectively
Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex topics clearly and effectively
Solution-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach and focus on impact
Fluency in German, and good proficiency in English
