At Bots & People, we're on a mission to transform the learning landscape, and we're seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Success Manager to join our growing team.

As a Customer Success Manager at Bots & People, you will be responsible for the following:

Managing and onboarding the growing number of customer accounts

Be the customer's trusted advisor and advocate, driving customer satisfaction and success by enabling the workforce

Set up our customers for success with their upskilling initiatives in low code, process automation, or AI

Collaborate with the Sales and Product Team to identify and resolve customer issues and ensure timely and effective communication and follow-up

Create presentations and Miro-Boards to support the Sales Process from a didactical and strategic perspective

Running Enterprise Accounts

Together with our Marketing Team, BDRs, and AEs, you build strategies on how to grow our ARPC

Develop account-based marketing and sales strategies like customer success stories, change management initiatives, and learner communication

Continuous Impact Review

Identify the continuous impact plan we want to achieve with our customers

Be aware of risks and opportunities to reach joint impact with our customers

Manage the internal weekly check-ins with the product, learning, operations, and sales teams

Be the single point of contact for our enterprise customers and the advocate for them within the Bots & People Team

Your profile

Have 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Senior Consultant, Engagement Manager, or similar role, with a focus on managing large enterprise customers with 7-figure revenues per customer

You are fluent in both English and German (level C1/C2)

Have experience in an edtech startup, top-tier consultancy, or SaaS Startup

Familiar with the Winning by Design CSM operating model or proof us why it is not so important

Familiar to track your CSM work in Hubspot or similar CRM Software

Have a strong track record of retaining and upselling customers, with the ability to identify and prioritize opportunities for growth

Have a strong interest in and project experience with Process Automation technologies such as RPA, Process Mining, and AI, as well as Digital Transformation and New Work concepts

Have Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams

You are comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment: As proof of this we expect you to bring 2+ years of experience at a scale-up (anything from 30 to 200) or in management consulting, or to convince us why this doesn’t matter

You demonstrate ownership: You bring your own topics to every agenda and follow through on commitments. You don't just identify problems but also propose solutions

You are a clear and effective communicator: You use Slack and Asana to plan, manage, and execute projects keeping the right stakeholders informed and addressing prioritization needs and tensions as they come up
