We are looking for a Customer Success manager to join our team! If you are customer-centered, a problem solver, strategic, and detail-oriented this might be your chance to create impact with us and to provide value to our clients!
How your routine will look like:
You will build and maintain meaningful and strong relationships with your clients, by understanding their needs and ensuring that they are experiencing the full potential of our platform;
You will provide continuous support to our clients, assisting them on how to use our platform effectively and address their issues in an effective way, ensuring their satisfaction;
You will collect client feedback and insights in order to improve our platform and support;
You will keep clients informed about new features and updates to upscale their experience with us;
You will have synergies within the B2B, Marketing and Product team;
Completed BSc or MSc in a European university
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
Language Skills: Fluent in both Portuguese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Tech Enthusiast: Comfortable using and navigating tech platforms and software.
Communication: Being clear, empathetic, adaptable, and responsive.
Customer-focused: A passion for ensuring customer satisfaction and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
