This position is onsite in Belgium and is not open to consultants/freelancers.

Your Mission:

Management and Reporting

Act as a key point of escalation for issues from Sales/Presales and Inside sales Managers

Report on Monthly figures, forecasts, overdue, etc with high quality

Join and participate in regular Managers and Team Leaders Meetings

Collaborate closely with Engineering and Customer Service Managers to ensure smooth operations and common understanding.

Manage member appraisal and member development

Manage Team availability and financial approvals

Represent and promote the company’s values and objectives

Optimize processes and identify areas for automation to reduce operational burdens

Build & support the team spirit within the Unit/company

Prepare overall project plan for both Sale/presales and Inside sales team

Sales and Inside Sales Management

Support managers, team leaders along and members on Account mapping

Visit Key customers and build alliances with their management

Support, enhance and deploy the company’s sales/inside sales strategy and vision

Set clear financial targets and achievements for individual members and customer accounts

Prepare annual Sales budget and be accountable for the targets.

Work with other departments for product catalogue and roadmap positioning

Collaborate with Corporate team to cross-check legal, accounting and IT-related matters

Ensure that all compliance and sales processes are followed and respected by your team

Follow market evolutions and take actions for the development of new business lines/services

Support development of Customer Success Unit’s CoE (Center of Excellence)

Set KPI and SLA for Inside sales team and continue to meet it’s expectations

Help balance capacity and conduct proper handover during members vacation and or absence

Your profile:

You have At least 10 years of experience in an IT provider or large IT organizations

You hold a technical Bachelor in IT, business consulting, or alternatively, similar skills acquired through professional experience

You have at least 3 years experience in Sales Management.

You have a business proficiency level in both Japanese and English (mandatory)

You have practical experience in Project Planning and Change management

You have experience in Crisis Management and Project Management

You have experience in managing people and teams leaders

You have experience in managing a budget of over 10M in revenue

You have experience in documenting and developing processes using PPT and Excel

You have a pro-active and problem-solving attitude

You are customer success-focused

You have the ability to analyze and plan accordingly

You have the ability to take accountability for the team and focus on improvement

You have a strong documentation skillset

You understand and practice the 'bad news first' mindset

Nice to have:

Knowledge of Toyota Production System and/or Toyota Business Practice

Knowledge of the Toyota Way of working

Prior working experience in an international environment
