"We are on a search for a high energy Junior Client Success Manager to join our growing Client Success Team.

In this role, you will be responsible for helping deliver unparalleled onboarding experiences and continuous customer service excellence to our enterprise clients. As a junior member of our Client Success Team, your contributions will help drive the growth and seamless integration of Appointedd solutions.

What we’d like you to do…

Product Expertise: Develop an extensive knowledge of the Appointedd product, offering in-depth follow-up training for clients and actively collaborating with our internal product team to address technical issues.

Account Management: Effectively coordinate the management of smaller enterprise accounts, providing invaluable support to the Client Success Team Lead and maintaining robust client relationships.

Support Queries: Skilfully manage and resolve support queries, leveraging the capabilities of our offshore 24/7 Support Team.

Enterprise Account Implementations: Oversee the implementation of enterprise accounts when required, including rigorous testing of proposed configurations and seamless coordination with our offshore Support team.

Client Training and User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Conduct comprehensive training and meticulous User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure client accounts not only meet but exceed their expectations.

Presentation and Consultation: We'd love to see excellent presentation skills with a consultative approach that allows us to track client KPI's.

Salary and Benefits

Competitive Salary: An excellent starting salary range of £23,000 to £27,000 (plus commission based on MRR addition/customer retention).
