We are looking for a Customer Success Manager:
- Managing the relationship with the customer being the reference person
- Give comfort to customers
- Develop closer relationships and customer loyalty with upsell and crossell actions
- Listen to the customer with one-to-one conversations and being a facilitator who manages several resources.
- Review existing reports on product usage to identify gaps and improvements.
- Work with the Data team to implement improvements and close gaps.
- Build Customer Success roadmap to serve as a reference document for how we interact with customers to ensure adoption and retention and maximise expansion.
